and air quality measurement
With our solutions for purifying the air and measuring air quality, we offer our customers efficient ways to significantly and easily improve health and environmental protection in their operations.
Innovative and efficient systems for air purification
and air quality measurement
At ETS Air Systems, we develop state-of-the-art systems for air purification and air quality measurement. Our technologies are tailored to the specific requirements of industrial processes, indoor spaces and sensitive environments such as laboratories and cleanrooms. As the world’s first manufacturer, our systems combine the advantages of catalysis with heat storage in modular, compact and easily scalable air purification systems for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and achieve unparalleled energy efficiency and long-term stability compared to other systems on the market. Due to their important contribution to health, climate and environmental protection, our systems are largely eligible for subsidies. Process air purification: efficient removal of pollutants
Our systems for process air purification are designed to remove pollutants directly from industrial exhaust air streams and thus sustainably improve air quality. With our advanced IVOC-X – Clean Air brand technologies, ETS Air Systems is setting new standards in the removal of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from process air. Together, we ensure safe and environmentally friendly processes and healthy air in your production processes or laboratories.
Room air purification: clean air for healthy working environments
Our indoor air purification systems create clean and healthy conditions by removing pollutants such as odors, particles and other contaminants from indoor air. Whether in offices, laboratories, surgeries, schools or clean rooms – our technologies offer reliable solutions to sustainably improve air quality and create a pleasant atmosphere. Our products adapt to the specific requirements of each environment, ensuring a high level of safety and comfort.
Measuring air quality: precise monitoring for optimum air quality
To continously ensure good air quality, we offer high-precision measuring devices that monitor the purity of the air in real-time around the clock. Our air quality measurement technologies reliably detect concentrations of VOCs, particulates and other pollutants, so you are always in control of your environment. The real-time data from our systems enable a rapid response to changes and help to continuously optimize the efficiency of air purification. With our measuring devices, you can rely on maximum transparency and safety for your air quality.
Broad range of technologies for clean air
We are the first manufacturer in the world to combine the advantages of catalysis and heat storage in modular, compact and easily scalable air purification systems for VOCs. This enables us to achieve unparalleled energy efficiency and long-term stability compared to other systems on the market.
Thermal processes
Based on the principle of separation, the thermal process eliminates pollutants from the exhaust air by incineration. Whenever pollutants cannot be collected for recycling or recovered, the VOCs must be cleaned. In this process, the pollutants in the exhaust air are converted into harmless substances through high temperatures, which leads to a purification of the air. Common processes include regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO), recuperative thermal oxidation and direct-fired thermal oxidation.
Thermal-catalytic processes
Thermal-catalytic processes always use a catalyst that reduces the activation energy required to initiate a chemical reaction. We use catalysts in both oxidation and reduction processes in our products.
