RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidation)

RTO systems are a particularly energy-efficient solution for industrial exhaust air purification. Regenerative heat storage units remove almost all pollutants from the exhaust air – while consuming minimal energy. This reduces operating costs, increases sustainability and ensures compliance with statutory emission limits. RTO systems are particularly suitable for fully continuous processes with constant process parameters.

CTO (Catalytic Thermal Oxidation)

Catalytic thermal oxidation (CTO) reduces pollutants even at low temperatures, thereby saving considerable energy and costs. As a result, CTO systems have shorter heating times and longer service lives due to lower thermal stress, and are very well suited for batch processes and single- and two-shift production. They are ideal for exhaust air with low pollutant concentrations and represent an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional processes. CTO systems combine efficiency, sustainability and legal certainty in exhaust air purification.
